Service Terms & Project Understanding
By engaging Lone Peak Contracting LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees that all services are provided based on the scope of work discussed and approved prior to the start of the project. Any additional work, modifications, or unforeseen conditions that arise during the course of the project may require adjustments to the timeline and cost.

While we take great care to perform all work in a professional and workmanlike manner, certain repairs and improvements may reveal hidden or pre-existing issues beyond our control. Lone Peak Contracting LLC is not responsible for concealed conditions, prior workmanship, structural deficiencies, code violations, or material failures that were not visible or reasonably discoverable at the time of service.

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, site conditions, or other circumstances outside our control. Clients are responsible for securing any required permits unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Lone Peak Contracting LLC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, property damage beyond the immediate work area, or delays caused by factors outside our control. Clients are responsible for removing or protecting personal property, valuables, and fragile items in work areas prior to service.

Payment constitutes acceptance of the completed work unless concerns are submitted in writing within a reasonable timeframe. Any warranties provided apply only to the specific services outlined in the agreement and do not extend to misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or work performed by others after project completion.
